I have channeled my inner 3 year old for as long as I can remember! I will be genuinely interested in the challenges you and your organisation may be facing, and I will keep asking questions until the issues are clear.
A colleague recently said to me “you really care about this stuff!” Yes – I do really care – and you will be on the receiving end of my caring approach if you work with me.
