About Me

I am passionate about

promoting mental health and wellbeing for individuals, workplaces and communities; and

facilitating people and organisations to achieve their potential

With  over 30 years of clinical and leadership experience in the mental health and community sector, I bring a unique combination of clinical, workforce, and organisational perspectives to my consulting work.

Outside of work, I am an avid gardener and love growing flowers, fruit and veggies in my home garden in Naarm.

(It seems the  theme of “growth” has been a consistent one throughout both my professional and personal life!)

Working with me

I have deep respect for the people and organisations I work with and bring an open, curious and compassionate approach to the work I do.

The values that guide my work…

Honesty

I will tell it like it is – with warmth, compassion, and  a just a touch of challenge thrown in!

Bravery

Bravery is my signature strength.  I believe in brave, honest conversations and actions– I will support you to be brave in your own work and life.

Integrity

I will say what I will do and do what I say. There may be times that I think that what you ask for may not be what you need – I will let you know  – and suggest other options.

Curiosity

I have channeled my inner 3 year old for as long as I can remember! I will be genuinely interested in the challenges you and your organisation may be facing, and I will keep asking questions until the issues are clear.

Care

A colleague recently said to me “you really care about this stuff!” Yes – I do really care – and you will be on the receiving end of my caring approach if you work with me.

Clarity

I help people and organisations get clarity within complex and challenging situations.

Commitment

To supporting clients to build on their strengths, and identify a clear set of actions to achieve their goal.
