About Me

Promoting mental health and wellbeing in workplaces and communities is my passion.

I am a consultant, facilitator and coach with 28 years of experience working in the health and community sectors in clinical, learning and  organisational development, and executive leadership roles.

With over a decade of clinical mental health experience, and almost 20 years of senior leadership experience in service development, workforce development and organisational development roles, I bring a unique combination of clinical, workforce, and organisational perspectives to my consulting work.

I am passionate about promoting mental health and wellbeing in workplaces and communities; and facilitating people and organisations to achieve their potential.

I have a strong commitment to working with organisations that support people who have experienced disadvantage and particular expertise working with organisations that focus on the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.

Working with me

I have deep respect for the people and organisations I work with and bring an open, curious and compassionate approach to the work I do.

The values that guide my work…

I will tell it like it is – with warmth, compassion, and  a just a touch of challenge thrown in!

Bravery is my signature strength.  I believe in brave, honest conversations and actions– I will support you to be brave in your own work and life.

I will say what I will do and do what I say. There may be times that I think that what you ask for may not be what you need – I will let you know  – and suggest other options.

I have channeled my inner 3 year old for as long as I can remember! I will be genuinely interested in the challenges you and your organisation may be facing, and I will keep asking questions until the issues are clear.

A colleague recently said to me “you really care about this stuff!” Yes – I do really care – and you will be on the receiving end of my caring approach if you work with me.

I help people and organisations get clarity within complex and challenging situations.

To supporting clients to build on their strengths, and identify a clear set of actions to achieve their goal.
