I LOVE FACILITATION!

I love the challenge of understanding and responding creatively and flexibly to the needs and dynamics of the groups I facilitate, whilst ensuring that the objectives of the event are achieved.

I am a skilled facilitator with experience facilitating a wide range of organisational events and forums including staff development, team building, strategic planning, stakeholder consultations and focus groups, and networking events.

Over the span of my career, I have facilitated sessions for a wide range of organisations spanning health, education, community, government, membership-based organisations, elite sport, and the corporate sector. 

I am a member of the Victorian Facilitators Network, and the Australian Facilitators Network.

I bring a warm, collaborative and focussed approach to my facilitation work.
