With over a decade of clinical mental health experience, along with almost 20 years of senior leadership experience in service development, workforce development and organisational development roles, I bring a unique combination of clinical, workforce, and organisational perspectives to my consulting work.

I am able to bring clarity to complex organisational issues and am skilled at managing and engaging diverse groups of stakeholders to assist them to work towards a productive outcome.

I am an accredited practitioner in the Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory tool (LSI) and Group Styles inventory (GSI).
