I am an accredited organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and an accredited practitioner in the Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory tool (LSI).

I have extensive experience coaching people in the health and community sectors. I have coached new graduates, clinical, project management and administrative support staff, as well as emerging leaders, senior managers and executives to support them to achieve the best in their roles.

I have particular expertise in coaching people who are new to leadership roles as well as people in roles which influence practice change and manage the challenges of “all influence, no authority”.

I bring a strengths based approach to my work, and am committed to supporting people to develop their skills and to draw on a range of perspectives to navigate workplace challenges.
